The SJX Jet Boat line is the best of the best in show for low water design. The manufacturing process of every boat starts with a CAD design, each component is water cut to precise specifications and tolerances. Part numbers are assigned to each and every fabricated component in SJX boats.  Hull components use a continuous weld process. That means strength is built from bow to keel to stern. Every facet of the design and development was targeted to military and heavy duty extreme environment applications. The boat was designed for transport, it was designed for armament, it is built to protect our country and waterways. Tested in Alaska’s interior rivers, SJX boats are not tested, they are beaten and abused to ensure strength and that the quality endures. Just look at our videos.  The SJX takes the path not beaten by anyone except, perhaps you, in an SJX.  Look at the detail, like the 5052 Alloy Marine grade aluminum used throughout the vessel with 6061alloy hull stiffeners. Continuous weld joints for all channels and stiffeners including floor supports and additional gusseting.

We have included a few photos from the Idaho manufacturing facility and will add more when received. Contact us today by email or call (757) 824-0800 to receive a detailed brochure on the construction process.
